You know those small round rubber sealer things?.. they always have the logo of the make of frame on it and they go at the top of the handle to cover grip finishing tape?...

I was wondering if more people had used these before as a way of adding weight to the handle?

It stretches around the handle easily, it's easy to remove, you can't feel it beneath the overgrip, and if you're only wanting small increments of weight... well, there's a viable alternative to lead tape right there?

BTW, Re trying to calculate the weight, if anyone has any idea how many black rubber thingys = 1g in lead tape weight (or knows a different method of calculating weight), that would be amazing!

    Cheeers,

I don;t know about you but I would definitely be able to feel one of these under the overgrip.

    Each weighs 1g.

I don't think its an effective way
