Hardcourt Paint?

    what kind of paint should i use to paint hardcourts? anyone?...its kinda green right now...we want a bluish color and wondering if anyone knows what kind of paint i need....

    Suggest UK blue with white court markings for the lines. I graduated from UK many, many years before you were born most likely, so just a bit of funning concerning your question.

    You will need to use an acrylic paint. IMO, an elastomeric paint would be the best bet as it has elongation properties for extra weathering resistance.

    There are some specialty manufacturers of tennis court paints on the net.

    However, before application, you must ensure that the old surface is cleaned and primed for maximum adhesion of the new coating.

    since we're on the subject, how many time do places like the U.S. Open and other major hard Court events touch up on thier paint?

    i was thinkin of the acrylic paint...i need to find some sites for it...cuz our city courts r green...we r suppose to help paint them to bring a better...ummm feel to it.....BLUE!
