    Hi Perfmode:

I mostly play at the Winchester Town Clay Courts during the outdoor season. There are about 14 clay courts that the town does a great job of maintaining. Winchester is a very active tennis community. I haven't played much during the indoor season for the past few years.

I've heard of the Sportmen's Tennis Club (Jim Smith ?), but I've never played there. I've heard they have great youth programs.

How old are you and what's your rating? I'm 16 and ~5.0.

I'm an old guy (54), though I think I play like a younger guy, at least that's what I'm told. I'm not sure about my rating. I would guess about a 4.5. I pretty much only play singles. I've won Club championships in the past and I hit regularly with a guy who was ranked #8 in the NE Open division last year. I've beaten him in the recent past (actually, he usually beats himself), though I haven't gotten close to him so far this outdoor season. I like to hit the ball hard, but my game is really all about consistency and percentages.
