i've got a Dunlop MW 200g that has a crack in it, and it's only been played with 2 times. It was a brand new racquet. Sucks though cuz it's a discontinued racquet...

Has anyone sent a frame back? Do i just mail it to the company? I noticed Dunlop's mailing address is a P.O. box number, and if i recall, most shipping companies don't ship packeges to p.o. boxes.

Any tips or past experiences would be appreciated.

You would need to call the manufacture directly. If you can't find the number from their website, then call one of their distributer. You would need an RMA number from the manufacturer to to send it back to them.

Same thing happened to me with the MW200G. I took the racket back to where I bought it (Sport Chalet) and they told me they need to send the racket to Dunlop's inspection dept. About a month later Dunlop sent back a new HM200G.
