Dunlop Comfort Hybrid strings? What I'm really interested in learning is how harsh/stiff the strings are. I've checked

    http://www.racquetsportsindustry.com/issues/200809/200809allstrings.html

which has the Dunlop Synthetic Gut 17 listed, but doesn't have the Comfort Syn Gut or the Comfort Poly listed.

Any personal experience shared, or link to a stiffness chart of these strings will be greatly appreciated!

Okay I have played with it for almost four sets and it feels good enough, I can compare the poly part to pro hurricane but the synthetic gut is not the best part notches easily and it feels too smooth that the ball right after the contact usually slips I am playing in a fast court so it may be the case but on slow courts everything seems to be fine. Also nice pop. I will just wait for the crosses to break and maybe I will switch to my best poly/poly hybrid PHT and Dunlop Ice if I have the budget

Regarding your "no one even replied" comment on your near-epic necro -- a less obtuse thread title from the OP than "has anyone tried" may have generated some interest. No one wants to be a friggin' mind reader. At least he could have taken the effort to plug in the string name. Just saying...

Dunlop SG is a decent string, but I have not tried the Comfort Hybrid combo. I would guess that the Dunlop SG is the SG component in the Hybrid you mention. Highly unlikely that they would make a special, softer SG just for this product. The poly would make or break the hybrid set.

Salamat po for your review of the string. Sounds like it might work well on shell courts, too.
