Head CAP grommet for Radical Twin Tube 1995 & 1998 version

Does anyone know the specs of the Twin Tube Radical OS. I'm not sure which edition it is but its silver, yellow, black and red. There's one at my club for 20 bucks and I want to buy it just for fun.

I am 100% sure that the Liquidmetal Prestige MidPlus C.A.P. Grommets will fit the Radical Tour TwinTube 630. I have done this myself.

BTW that link that you sent me for the grommet, are you sure those are for the CAP grommets instead of the regular grommets. I'll call TW to verify.

The LiquidMetal Prestige MidPlus only came with C.A.P. Grommets.

BTW, do you know if TW, or anyone else for that matter, sells the grommets for the Head Radical TwinTube Oversize version? I have two oversize versions of the Head Radical Twintube.

All Head 18x20 98 sq. in. frames from the past 15 years or so are the same size, string pattern, and drill pattern - so the grommets and bumpers are interchangeable between them all.
The 'worst' that will happen is that a few of the throat grommets at 5 and 7 o'clock might be a little short - which is why one should order some tubing along with your grommet/bumper set. Putting tubing in is easy - a 5 year old kid could do it.
This question about "Can I put CAPs on my ____ Head racquet" has come up about 4 times in the past 10 days or so. Not to mention dozens of times over the years.
Learn to use the 'Search' function, people, rather than constantly repeating the same questions that have already been answered a dozen times.

The XL version and the regular version of the 98 sq in midplus size Twin tube are the same right?

Radical Tour Twintube 630 XL and the Standard Length Radical Tour Twintube 630 both take the exact same grommets.
You are right. I got the CAP grommets and they do fit on the Radical Twin Tube MP version.

Isn't the Radical TT midplus heavy enough? (with the original bumper guard, NOT the CAP).
With the CAP on I suppose it adds another half oz, around the head. How does the swing weight go? sure it will be more stable hitting but the thing will be damn heavy. No?

Sorry I have to ask a similar question. I am borrowing this thread to ask a question for grommets for HEAD Trisys 270 Mid, a.k.a. "Graphite Tour" in Europe. It is a 600cm and 18*20 string pattern. I thought it is very similar to the PC600 but however I put 2 rackets side by side and I found the drill pattern is NOT the same...
Any experts could point which grommet I could buy from TW to fit this racket? Thanks for a ton!!

That's a tough one. The Trisys 270 600 AKA Graphite Tour 600 did not last very long, I think just one year. It has the SAS grommets in the throat bridge. You might call HEAD and ask the customer service if they could give you a list of dealers that might still have the Trisys 270 grommets. Or better yet use the USRSA's Grommet Network and ask if any of it's members have the grommets.

That's quite strange that the 270's pattern is not exactly the same as the Prestige Mids, Graphite Pros, etc. I would have expected them to have identical patterns. I wish I had a 270 Mid.
I almost got some one time - and at the time, I was planning to try CAPs on them.
Never got the chance, though.

Also, the trysis 270 is about 1mm thicker beam than PC600, so maybe even if the grommets could fit the bumper guard might have problem. I don't have other old-school HEAD mids that I could compare to ( like the Graphite Pro you mentioned, I don't have that racket).
