    Hi Alnigel :)

The stringforum is pro stock central. Here at TW, that's the place to talk and learn about pro stocks. But the stringforum is the best place to buy them. It's ironically named at this point because the classifieds section of that board is where most of the action is by far. The racquet and string sections of that board are ghost towns by comparison. There are many long standing sellers there with good reps, and just a few scoundrels. Just be sure to check the seller's refs before purchasing.

I was changing pallets for my Microgel Prestige awhile ago and saw TKG237.1 together with some H070916 B03 on the hairpin. So all MGP mid got this TGK code not just exclusively for the pro stocks?

Had a friend send me a picture of a YT Prestige S with codes on handle (under pallets) TGK291.1
Can't seem to find code anywhere. For those that may know, is this a retail code or prostock?

Is the Prestige S even offered as a pro-stock?

Yeah, looking at my spreadsheet compiled from info here, there's no 291.x besides the YTIG Prestige S. So it really is an odd duck.

Just the MFG code for retail stock? Strung weight seems to be within tolerances for retail, probably bumped by damper.

BTW, looks good with the black grip, IMO.

What about the S.E. codes that are found on some racquets? I know they are on the Ti. Fire Pro (there are at least S.E.1 and S.E.2 versions), the PT630 (at least S.E.1 http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showpost.php?p=4803051&postcount=11), and the Ti. Radical (at least S.E.3 http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showpost.php?p=5122659&postcount=4).

I read here that on the Fire Pro the S.E.1 means Ti. Radical MP mold and S.E.2 means PT630 mold. I find that interesting when coupled with the picture of the PT630 with S.E.1...

    Any info?

So by not correcting the first part, are you saying the S.E.1 is definitely a Ti.Rad MP mold and the S.E.2 is def a PT630 mold? I still find it odd that the PT630 itself had the S.E.1. What is the S.E.3 then (if there is actually a S.E.3 - you can't see it in the pic and the poster may have typed it in wrong)? And what does the S.E. mean, special edition?

Interesting, ok. Is there info on the layups already on the boards, or would you be so kind as to fill me in :)

The reason I'm asking is because I just bought a Ti. Fire Pro and read a bit about the S.E. stuff. I believe my racquet has been modified a bit, it looks like there may be silicon in the handle. I will get some pictures up of the butt cap soon. Plus, it weighs in at 12.6 instead of 12oz. There is a little bit of weirdness with the paint job, so ill get that up, too

OK, here's the butt cap and paint inconsistency on my new stick.

You can see that "Titanium Tennis" is just under the bumper guard in one pic and right above the grommets in another. I've looked to see if that is common (going through a lot of Guga pics) and can't find anything similar. Remember, it weighs in right now at 12.6oz, not the 12oz advertised as stock. The guy I bought it from (who represents his online racquet store) says he didn't know it was altered when he got it from a friend to sell. The only thing he did was put the leather grip on there, so I'd hope he'd notice if there was lead around the handle haha.

So, is this just a paint error with a previous customization, or maybe more...?

And VS, any progress on that S.E. info?

And based on the butt cap, there's silicon or something in the grip to raise the weight to 12.6?

I did a brief search on the S.E. stuff you were talking about, couldn't find anything, but I'll have more time soon

Hey guys, I just got another Ti. Fire Pro and this one has no code (or anything at all) written anywhere on the inside of the throat. How does this one compare to the others?

Was there ever a HEAD pro stock code / frame code for the 660cm headsize, 18x19, 21mm constant beam (or 22mm, depending on paint thickness) ??
