If anything, the 295g is light. It definitely feels like 11.3oz to me.

Ok, I found out that unstrung weight is 295g, so there's no way it can be 320g strung...

Head lists the unstrung weight at 295 g(10.4 oz).
TW uses an average of racquets it actualy weighs for its listed weight. It appears most of the racquets are coming in heavier than the listed weight- for this racquet it is actually a good thing.
I use the LM Radical, I have 2 that were 297 g each. I have added weight in the handle & at 3 and 9 to get a weight/balance that plays great.
The heavier actual weight of the new model should make it play better at stock weight

    this.

all racquet specs on TW are an average of several frames.
sometimes they're on or close to spec, sometimes they aren't.

the batch of IG radicals they measured may have just been heavier than
spec. most of the big brands in tennis don't have great quality control
    in the first place

the strung weight will also depend on, if only marginally, the kind of strings
that were in the racquet when the measurements were taken and at what
tension. for instance, a thicker gauge poly at a higher tension will be
noticeably heavier than a thinner multifilament at mid or low tension
