Might be a stupid question but why are so few south american/spanish players (especially male) playing with Head rackets? They seem to go mostly with Babolat, Wilson and Prince

Sorry if it's another stupid question but, do Head rackets have a significance that would attract american/spanish players?
Aren't Head pro stocks made in Austria?

A plenty of players plays with Head here. My coach, two of my hitting partners, one of my friends... And no mention that I used to play with a Radical MP before switching to the BLX2 90.

But I see babolat growing up a lot with the kids.

Prince, Wilson and Head were really big here in south america in the 80's 90's, Babolat took prince place in the 2000's, I'll say its pretty even between those 3, quite difficult to see other brands in the clubs.

Here in Spain, Nadal plays Babolat, Ferrer plays Prince and Federer plays Wilson¡ so kids go to those brands.

Most hated Djokovic and Berdych play Head.

If you look at kids, they use Babolat, Wilson and some Heads. Probably Head will gradually increase their share, buy it will take time.

Babolat is the kid's favorite around here, head coming next.

HEAD started they move on claycourters late... Babolat and in a smaller scale Prince made their move earlier offering contracts to teaching pros and top-ranked national player on those countries. Wilson will always sell as long as Roger as plays.
