I play with a Head Flexpoint Instinct and it's a pretty solid racket. I like the fact that it's a little head light, making the racket feel more balanced. It has really great spin but I'm a recreational player so I look for comfort in a racquet more than anything else, and the FP Instinct really gets there; there's so much pop, it's great. When I hit the ball and feel that pop, that no other racket that I've tried can match, it gives me such a rush. It didn't cause me any arm/shoulder pain when I switched from my older racket, one that was significantly lighter. (7.3'ish ounces) It doesn't pack as big a punch as other rackets in its price range, but I'm assuming that most people who are looking to upgrade to a player's racket should be able to provide their own power, and would prefer to tip the scale in favor of control. Mine is about 11.4 ounces including all the overgrips I have on it, etc., and it doesn't feel so much heavy as it is solid.
The design of the racket itself is nice. I have a habit of grabbing the neck area after I swing and that part of the racket is very smooth and curvy. The finish is nice, it came flawless. There's no other player's racket that can match it in comfort, IMO.
One note however, I accidentally dropped my racket a few weeks ago and the paint chipped to where I can see the metal/graphite under. If you don't mind a few chips here and there, or if you're really good at keeping your rackets in good condition, then it shouldn't be a problem.
Overall, I give it an 8.5/10.
Strengths: Pop, spin, balance, comfort.
Weakness: Paint seems more sensitive to chips than other rackets.
