    Hello TW:

I am going to purchase a strung Head LiquidMetal Radical Tour from you guys, but I had a few questions about the string. I currently use a LM Radical (which I love) strung with Luxilon ALU Power 16L at 65lbs. I used to use a Head I Prestige, but made the jump to the radical because I wanted a little extra ummph and a racquet that I didn't have to swing-out so hard with that would ultimately save my arm a bit more.

I was considering ordering my new LM Radical Tour with an all gut 17 gauge (or some other playable string) job at 65lbs. I haven't tried anything aside from the ALU Power 16L in my current LM Radical and I'm very curious to try something else, preferably a 17 or 18 gauge playable string. I thought I would try the Bow Brand Championship Natural Gut 17 String at 65 lbs. I never broke the ALU string in any of my racquets, and I don't play as much as I use to so breaking strings is a factor, but a minimal one. I guess I won't know about the breakage of the guts until I try them.

Ultimately, I want a thinner gut-like string that is more playable and easier on the arm. What string do you recommend, and what other factors should I consider as I don't want to lose all my racquet control in making the transition?
