That link you gave is the TGK231.3 with the Youtek Radical paint job. HEAD has had TGK231.3 since they started the MG Radical Line.

The TGK231.3 is a MG radical with 16x19 string pattern
    This is not my racquet

As always, thanks for the inputs!
The confusion is/was how can MG and Youtek PJs both have the same code 231.3?

I assume that Radical 16x19 code is 231.3, no matter if Youtek or MG?

I saw a guy from Europe and trained in my clubs. He dropped 2 brand new Head rackets for stringing... I was walking by the pro shop so I looked over and the letter PT57E pop out.. It felt like 27.5".. very stable (even though I did not hit the ball with it).. it's hefty though.. I would say around 360-370g.. Anyway, I might give him 2 weeks training in the club for 2 rackets :)

THere is not really PT630 painted as the MG with the code. THe PT57E is the Pro Tour-like mold with a specific layup, painted as the current Prestige, currently Microgel. PT57A is flexier layup, PT57E is stiffer. PT630/280 is a different thing.

it means that the mold/layup if a specific stick is painted over to the "retail" colors.
For example, the PT57x is painted (lets say) like MG Prestige MP, but is very much different stick from the retail.
The TGK238.1 is also painted like the MG Prestige MP, but is different from the retail and from the PT57x...

The rackets with these codes are usually made to allow high customization that the Pros require...

What's the weight on your tgk231.3 and how does it compare (if at all) with your 238?

I had them customized fully, down to the hairpin. Orignally, if I remember correctly, the TGK238.1s were about 11.2 oz strung, and the TGK231.3s were about 11.4 oz strung. This, obviously, is so pros have enough room for massive customization.

Essentially, yes. Also by comparing them side-by-side to retail versions of the racquets they represent, and by talking to Head reps (I'm a fairly highly-ranked junior).

You can also compare them to the "retail" sticks.
    Some are completely independent...
The PT57 is definitely the PT630/280 mold, and that is about it.
The TGK23x.x are the retail frame mold with a different composition (weight, feel, stiffness) and balance

Thanks for the feedback, one last question, how much lead did you add and where on the TGK238's? 11.2 strung is REALLY light but it's nice to have the flexibility to tailor it to how you like it. Are you using leather as well?

A lot. 350g unstrung (12.8/12.9 oz strung), 325 unstrung swingweight (355 strung), unstrung balance of approximately 13 pts. headlight.

    Damn!
    My latest setup is 325g strung weight + 8g in the Handle + 6g in the head (3 + 9) + overgrip (6g) + dampener (3g) = 348g. All fitted balance is 31.5 cm. SW close to 325.

Actually, only the PT57x is a PJ of something else (different mold). The TGK238.1 sticks are indeed the MG Prestige MP mold. What is different from the Retail ones is the materials, composition (stiffness, weight and balance)...

I looked at the Microgel Radical paintjob racket donated to the museum at the Linder Tennis Ctr. in Cincy by Andy Murray and it didn't have any code. It just had "Andy Murray" printed on the inside of the throat.
