had the tour xl version. played ok, not much feel and not enough power to outplay the babolats. the best part is that the frame cracked three weeks into having it.

    best investment i've ever made.

The XL version is amazing, way better than a Bab. IMO. I have a 1HBH and to this day I have not found a racket that hits better back hands, serve is huge, hits super heavy forehands, feel amazing.

Draw back is that IMO it sucks at the net, but IMO that is how all extended rackets play.

If you want more feel and power then string with gut, or ever better use ArmourPro!

Are your Prestiges MP or M? That was my first ever racket, now I lay with leaded LMRMP rackets. I leaded it very similar to how Novak had his setup, does not feel as good as the prestige, but for me it highly out performes it. Perhaps if I did the silicone in the handle and add some gut???

For me VS in the prestige was just way way too powerful, I am 6'4" and a really athletic guy with large strokes.

jackson vile i cant disagree with you on this one to me the instinct tour xl is far better than the pure drives with similar power but without the stiffness and ive even strung mine with full alu power setup without any problem , nothing i would recommend with any babolat.

I just got a PT161 today (LM Instinct paint), and have yet to string it up. It's customized to the following unstrung specs:

    ~27 in.
    ~325g
    ~300 sw
    ~31 cm balance
    ~L3 Wilson pallet, Calfskin leather

    I'll keep you guys posted.

    Thanks so much!

BTW, I'll let you know on the other frames ASAP. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a 'yes'.

I took the pallets off from instinct tour xl,
now I see the code H22161.2N
What does it means - "PT161"?

I found them to have a hollow unpleasant feel on contact. This was a 16x19 version with BBO
