Would there be a difference in power and or control anywhere between a 90-100 sq in head size? For example would a prince 03 tour racquet which is a 100 sq in head size have more power and spin potential compared to a 90 sq in yonex rdx 500?

Yes, bigger head size=more power, smaller headsize=less power and more control.

In addition to head size, string pattern makes a difference to spin production, power, and control. A racquet with a looser pattern i.e. 16 X 9, will produce more spin and power, on average, than a tighter pattern i.e. 18 X 20. However, tighter patterns will give more control due to less string movement.

Does a head heavy racket with a 95 sq in head size gives more control than a head light racket with a 103 sq head size ?

You really shouldn't try and base purchasing decisions on general rules of thumb. If you were comparing the RDX 90 to 98, you might have a better shot at applying these generalities, but between two different frames with different constructions, you will be better served by demoing the frames. I use an RDX 500 Mid, and I have hit with the O3 Tour and didn't like it. It wasn't a power thing though, it was based on feel mostly. I feel like I am in control with the RDX 500. With the O3, I didn't feel like I was getting out of it what I thought I should be. Of course this is a very subjective type of thing, and that is why I think you should demo both and see which one feels best to you. Of course if you are just using those two as examples, then I apologize for rambling. :)
