Do you know the # for head I can't seem to find it on their website? I would really appreciate thanks!

I just found out my racket was a 1/2 inch shorter than it should be so I want to send it in to get a replacement. Do you think I will get one?

Are you sure it wasn't (permanently) deformed because of a bad stringing job?

No, it wasn't deformed because I do my own string jobs and haven't deformed a racket yet. Its just short so thye must have messed up.

mine is short too. by .25 inches. and i'm sure it's not deformed, because it's exactly the right size until you get to grip. the grip is .25 inches shorter htan my other one. i don't want to call them though. do they have an email so i can buy their pallet? i don't want to call them.

After taking the string out the racquet went back into shape so it was my fault.
