I just recently picked up a Head Prestige MP with the TGK238.4 code in the throat.

I normally hit a YouTek Prestige Pro.

The TGK feels so much more "flex" when hitting groundies. Much better at the net with it too.

Is this all my imagination?? The frame weighs 11.9 oz strung. It appears that the lead has been removed from the 10 and 2 positions.

Will a Prestige MP play the same (the weight is about the same)??

I used retail YT Prestige pros before getting my hands on some TGK 238.5s - and the TGKs are more flexible. But then the retail YTPP is stiff stick.

When you get tgk as a hair pin and you polarize it, it is going to appear more flexible in the throat area. TGK frames have, by definition, silicone injected plus some lead in the hoop and that is creating flexibility 'illusion'.

From other posts that I've seen here, I'd say no.
