I usually do my muscle training at night and also bootcamps, but now I am getting up every morning to do 1.5 hour of working out. Skipping rope, spin class, bootcamp(ladders, plyometrics, push-ups, mountain climbers, getting yelled at etc.). When I work out in the evening, I have plenty of time to hydrate etc. My question is what is optimal for late night snack before going to sleep. I know 8 hours is recommended but that's not realistic in my current situation, but I would like to know what I should eat at night, before my morning workouts and after. #1 I want to be optimal. #2, there is a spectacular collection of girls in morning bootcamp course and let's just say, I don't want to be having stomach problems in that class.
