hi i am currently playing with signum pro pp 17l. i love the string and its great. however im looking for a string that is more similar to what i used back home. i was wondering if there are any strings that are stiff and rough that can get alot of traction on the ball. it doesnt have to be textured, just wirelike and stiff. thanks.

If you want "wirelike and stiff", then you should try Luxilon BB Alu Power Rough. I use it as a full job, and I love it. The bite and action I get on the ball with it is incredible.

It is tough to weave the crosses when stringing it though. It is like barbed wire. :)

It's not cheap - given the fact that it loses playability quickly, but for me, it is worth it.

    Take care.
