I have an Alpha Power Express and I am having trouble tightening my clamps. The lower part of the clamp frequently pops loose after I try to tighten it. It looks like there is a place where I could tighten it with an allen wrench but it does work. HELP!

There is an access hole in the base of most Alpha clamps. There is usually a rubber cap over the hole. Remove the cap and insert a hex wrench in there(I think it is 4 or 5 mm). Turn it clock wise to reduce the travel required to lock the clamp base. If that doesn't work, send an email to Mark Gonzalez at Alpha, mark@alphatennis.com. He'll help you out.
