I'm in the market for a new pair of shoes. Three thing's I'm looking for.

    1. Nice cosmetics, by "nice" I mean good-looking on a 16-year old, me;)
    2. A good performance shoe
    3. I'd really like something that would be really comfortable for long periods of walking/wear.

    1.Self Explanatory
2.By performance shoe I'm looking for good outsole durability, stability, a nice, glove-like fit.
    3. This shoe I'll be using all through the spring and summer season. During the end of May, there's a 3-day, 2-night class trip to Washington D.C where I'll be walking. A lot. This shoe will also be my casual shoe which I will wear pretty much everywhere I go, so I need lot's of comfort.

So, which shoe do you recommend?

    Thanks in advance

Going to DC for a school trip.

Not a particular fan of New Balance. I've tried their shoes, and the just didn't work for me at all. Any more opinions?
