Hoping you can help me with some basic stringing questions. For reference, I have an Alpha Revo 4000 and am just stringing my own Dunlop 3.0 F Tours. 1. Last night I strung my Dunlop with Babolat Xcel 17 black in the mains at 58 and Tourna BHB7 in the crosses at 48. This morning when I practiced, my mains were moving around a lot. Why? 2. When I clamp a string and release the brake after I pull the tension, sometimes the clamp moves slightly backwards. Maybe a few millimeters. I this normal or am I doing something wrong? If I'm doing something wrong, how do I fix it? I assume I'm losing tension when this happens. 3. When I string the black Xcel 17, sometimes I can't get the crank to pull the tension. It sometimes doesn't lock out. I didn't have this problem when I strung with other strings. Why and how do I fix this? Thanks so much for your help!
