help with a quick soreness question

    I was skateboarding 2 days ago and took a major fall. I tried practicing yesterday but the soreness was too much. I can't practice tomorrow, and I have a tournament on sunday. So the question is should I practice today even though I feel the pain?
    The pain is in my shoulder, and knee. On my right side. (I am a righty).

    Rest as much as you can, take some pain relievers if you really want to practice. Massage the sores, or heat them (not ice them) or use Bengay...lol, it seems to work.

    I really want to play, but I am far too sore to. I think I'm going to use some icy hot and a heating pad. Thanks for the advice because I was going to ice it after school. Lol
