I have a hard time hitting a forehand, and it seem all messed up, I am not wheater to do a open or a closed stances, Long loopy swing or a short compact swing, and i have a tuff time getting power into my shot becuase i cant transfer my weight right. Any help on that?

And also how do i hit top spin when the ball is at waist level or higher? when the ball is low i can dig it out and just brush up on it because that the really only way to do it, Any tip on this?

Are there any drills that can help me with any of this?

go grab a ball machine and hit hit hit. I hit in an Open stance, it will open your lower body up and allow you to swing through the ball. I use a shot swing as it is easier to catch up with faster balls and theres less areas for the swing to get messed up.
