help with kick serve control

hey guys, new member here been reading this forum for the past week now. you people have so much good advice. maybe you could help me with a problem i have.

my opponents say i have quite a good serve, where it kicks quite high. However i dont agree because i cant control where my kick serve goes. i'm confused as to how i can direct the serve to the areas of the service box i want it to go.

Is it dependent on the toss? for example, a bit ot the left or right to serve down the T. or is it totally dependent on your racquet angle?

i'm quite stumped here so any advice would be helpful thanks

Rocking Motion
on all serves
to a large extent
