I'm a JV hs tennis player currently. I need to learn how to hit a more penetrating topspin forhand using a sw grip. I also need help getting an effective serve in. I currently use a flat serve and am working on a kick serve. Also I've noticed my backhand has been getting sloopy. I'm a one hander with east grip. If this matters I use a speed port 03 black and I'm right handed.

Well since it seems to me you aren't tryuly doing anything fundamentally wrong, you should just practice, practice, practice, although its not certain because theres no way to judge unless you post a video of you hitting.

Good idea. That is the best way for us to help you with your technique.

Not sure where your contact point is... the the ball in front of you, drive your racquet thru the ball, and finish your stroke. You could also be brushing the ball too much. Post a video so we can see your strokes.
