Henman's grip-overgrip

    Does anyone know what grip and/or overgrip is used by tim henman? it looks like it may be a black leather grip but i'm not sure. thanks.

    Last I knew, it was a black Karakal PU Super grip. No over

    Thank you Thomas. From the pics I've seen, the bevels on the handle are very pronounced, the way they would be with a leather grip. Is the Karakal extra thin?

    Thomas, didnt Tim use to use the original chequed grip tape that came with the grips? I'm sure I 've seen him with that on his rqt. And strange he uses such a cheap grip too.

    On Henman's website he says he uses the Karakal PU Supergrip as Thomas said.

    Yes Henman thinks they're the best apparently. I have one on my old racquet. It's not a thin grip at all. I used it as an overgrip over a thin one and it was too much for me...but each to their own.

    He plays with a Slazenger X1, but with cosmetics of a ProBraided by the looks of things. I always assumed he played with the ProBraided but I'm told otherwise.

    are u serious siward? i find it hard to believe henman would use a reverse paintjob.

    look at how well defined the bevels are on his handle. either it's leather or an extra thin synthetic.
