For some reason I have trouble playing when the ball bounces high. Like im at the baseline and they hit a high ball to my backhand ill either hit it in the net or out. Also on my forehand. I try getting under the ball but it goes low low and hits the tape on the net. My dad suggested hitting the high ball flat and low and it doesnt seem to work for me... if i back up i can hit the backhand but then im off the court and im pretty much going to lose the point if they drop it... im playing horrible right now ... this might sound stupid but i think i forgot my strokes and the motion...

semi western forehand but ionno about backhand... i put my hand at the end like a continental and just put my left hand under on top.

but on my forehand it spins a lot then it like pulls down right at the net and hits it..
