Hey guys, I have a problem. Okay, so I'm a 4.0 player. My overall game was improving more and more as I play. Then I had ripped a tendon (I jumped over a fence and failed, lol :???: ) and came back today. It was my first practice in a week and I'M FRICKING LIKE A WHOLE NEW PLAYER. MY SERVE SUCKED, MY GROUND STROKES, MY FOOTWORK. My volleys were decent. Well this happens when i spend some time off tennis. Do you guys know why this happens? any tips? Oh i think i should mention this, my game is slightly modeled after nadal's forehand.. djoko's backhand, and federer's movement (So i need good timing for my strokes). I'm also only 14. My doctor said that during puberty, uncoordination will occur.
