I bought a pair of Adidas Bercuda 2 shoes back in September for tennis 3 hours/week and just walking around. They were very comfortable, and I really liked them. Unfortunately, a tear developed in the upper part of the right shoe around the little toe area. This was back in December :(. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think this would be covered by a warranty or is this just normal wear and tear? My little toe is not a claw or anything, so the hole is a bit mystifying. Anyways, I'm now wearing the Team 2 Barricades. Hopefully, these will last a bit longer.

It's common with low-end shoes. The same will likely happen with your Team 2s. If you can spend a bit more buy some discounted Barricade 7s- they are a proper pro-grade tennis shoes that last far longer than Bercuda's or Team 2s which are budget shoes.

Thanks. The Barricade 7's also have the 6 month warranty. I guess they are worth the extra $$.
