Anyone know what sort of drinks can be made and put into bottles?

I like to have some sort of lemon squash or lemon drink.

Right now I drink mainly grapefruit Juice.

It is really tough, but I'm trying my best to look for other alternatives.

    Thanks

If you're referring to a sports drink, I use pedialyte and my own flavoring to make my own sports drink.

Water, a pinch of Morton's Lite Salt Blend (mix of potassium and sodium salts), a pinch of Crystal Light (for flavor). Maybe a couple of spoons of sugar if I'm anticipating a long day.

Are you looking primarily for a hydration drink while playing or are you after a serious electrolyte replacement drink for hard-core competition? Quite often, I will drink very diluted green tea or fruit juice while playing -- one part juice or green tea to 5 to 8 parts water. Sometimes, I'll add a bit of xylitol (or other sugar alcohol) &/or vanilla extract to plain water or to one of the diluted mixes (above).

This not really a sports drink. More of a breakfast/digestion, health drink. Probably good with a meal after sports, though:

In a blender, two large carrots, 8 ounces of water, about an inch of ginger or one clove of garlic (or both), a few shakes of salt if you like, one whole lemon (with the zest, and if your blender is man enough, leave the whole rind on), about a half ounce of local honey, a few ice cubes, a whole apple and if you need more liquid, some more water.

Another great one: parsley, garlic, one onion, two limes, two carrots, some spirulina and a glass of water. Go to men's room. Strong like bull. Eat some Thai food with a beer or two after tennis.
