How big do you think biceps should be when wearing sleeveless shirts?

I was just wondering. To me, nothing is more hilarious than seeing somebody with TINY biceps wearing one of those trendy Nike sleeveless shirts. I think in order to wear them, you better have some toned guns. I'm kind of a conservative dresser, so I feel a bit stupid wearing sleeveless shirts at all. However, I do go to a gym regularly. My biceps are 17.5 inches in circumfrence (don't know if that's considered huge or not...). I don't know, maybe I just think that sleeveless shirts do not look good on a tennis court....

yea i dont think anyone should wear sleeveless shirts unless you are working out or doing some sort of physical activity which would require it...

I wear it but I do not have large biceps. But then again, I only wear it because it is comfortable.

Just to make things more complicated, would you wear it at gym, if you had small biceps but were trying to make them bigger??

I personally believe that you should require a license. TW should screen buyers.
