    r 12 l 11.3

    I win

If your wrist was 5.5" in circumference, it would be like 1.5" wide. What are you, a 5 year-old girl?

From memory mine are 1.5" different (circumference) but I don't know what the total measurements are off the top of my head, the right one is bigger

I'd be pretty depressed if one of my arm is 0.75 in longer than the other ;)

... I'll clarify that we're measuring the circumference in my op, thanks.

    Is this flexed or unflexed?

    Right
    unflexed: 11.1"
    flexed: 12.0"

    Left
    unflexed: 10.8"
    flexed: 11.5"

I'm a drummer, BTW, so my L forearm is not that much weaker than my right.

    Left: 11''

I hate curling weights now. I can curl 20 w/ my right, but only 10 or 15 lbs w/ my left & my older bro brags how I should only use 1 specific wieght.

lol, 20 is like a toy... I'm thinking of trading my 35s in for 45s... I've gone through three different sets already.

Not to brag, but in my weight workout yesterday I did 21s with 30 lbs. in each hand. I followed that with two sets of preacher curls at 80 lbs. Ouchee'!
