How bigger is your dominant forearm...

    I was bored at work, so I measured my forearm muscle on both my arms (3 centimeters or so below the elbow joint).

    My right (dominant arm) is around 1.3 cms larger in perimeter than my left arm.

    Thats about 6% more :)

    15 inches right forearm...10 inches left forearm

    damn man......large arms, my right is noticably bigger.....like, without even looking hard

    I hardly have any body fat, so it's all muscle! lol

  5. Cripes, what large animals do you eat? Mine look right at 31.5 cm (12.5") each, all one-handed strokes. I'm going to play some ball now and see if there is a difference after,,
