How do returns work for used rackets?

    I have a used racket that I purchased from TW and I want to get a refund for it. How does the return process work? I want to buy another racket.

    If you purchased a used racquet from us, we have a 30 day money back return policy.

    If you are in the 48 contiguous United States and do not have your return shipping label, please contact our customer service department and we will send you a new one.

    Wait, I wanted to ask as well for future reference, never had to do a return before, but is there a restocking fee say if you were to return a used/demo racquet?

    We do not charge a restocking fee for most of our returns, including used demo and racquet sales. The only limitation for returning used racquets purchased from us is that they need to be returned within 30 days.
