I could take off the grip and apply the tape to the pallet but I'm afraid the grip will not be able to reapply. How would one apply lead tape to the handle using the trap door? I have never done it before. I guess I have two questions:
    1. Will the replacement grip stick after being reapplied?
    2. How do you apply lead tape inside the handle?

    Please help.

    A) I play it stock. Love everything about it.

    B) The trap door is on the bottom. Get some small tool, such as a small screw driver or stringing awl, and you can pry it out. Be warned though, some of the handles have some foam in them, so you may have to gouge it out.

Do you recommend doing that as opposed to applying lead tape to the pallet?

Applying lead tape to the pallet will give you a little more stability but putting it in the buttcap will have more effect on the balance. If you take the grip off, just use 2 overgrips or get a new replacement grip, they are pretty cheap.

Thanks. I was afraid that if I reapply the grip that it would not stick. I guess I'll just have to wear through the original grips first then apply the tape to the pallet. I would hate to waste the original grips.
