Curious how people manage/slot time for a day or week relating to various activities such as work, tennis, exercise etc. To explain with one example, I started on tennis because I like sports first, and as an exercise routine second. However, its clear now that there's additional conditioning required to support tennis. This is where time management comes into the picture for regular folks that work, travel, other obligations, etc and then carve out time for tennis play and exercise. Of course, part of it is having a lot of things to do, and part of it is procrastination and distractions. So when everything spills over into everything else then time management gets complex. Maybe the wrong forum, but wanted to put this out there and see if I get some thoughts and suggestions, maybe some folks have a system worked out.. Thanks.
