He already beat Malisse in straights. He plays Simon next. Do you think he can pull out an even bigger upset to continue his run?

Good win for Baker over X with just one day off after an exhausting run of wins. Baker is a scare for anybody any player right now. He can absolutely take out Simon and make second week. He's playing magical tennis now and he's on a tennis high that few could relate with.

He has the game to take out Simon. But, I think Simon will pull it out.

Just watched an interview with him on ATP uncovered. Nice story. He did well to get into the MD and a good win over Malisse who's not really a pushover. Hope he goes well this week.

Hope he beats Simon, but regardless, he has gone further than he has in 6 years.

    Go Brian

I got to watch Brian play in the TVOC in Chattanooga, TN. He was a joy to watch. His shot selection and placement were fantastic. His whole game is rock solid. What a talent. I think he can win today.

simon will be tough but he's not a monster on clay. i'm wondering how fit baker is, though, the guy's played a lot of tennis lately.

If Baker is fit enough he poses a threat to Simon, but if the amount of tennis he's been going through effects his movement on the court, most likely he won't pull it out.
