If I string 3 racquets with gosen sheep micro.
Will the strings still be fresh after 7 weeks if I don't use
    them?
Does it keep losing tension even if I don't play w/the
    racquets?

They will loose tension and they will not be a fresh as the first 2 weeks but they will still be playable.
I put Gosen micro OG 16 in my Dads racquet and he is going on 6 months, 20 hours and wont let me restring his racquet.

there's always gonna be tension lost, even during stringing. some people don't notice much of a difference since they keep playing with it and adjusting to the tension lost. when comparing an old string vs the same one but freshly strung you'll notice a difference at ball contact, the new one will still have its elasticity and the ball will seem to jump off the string bed better in my opinion.

this is all why i stopped using synthetic gut/nylon string....go to a soft poly if you like a firm synthetic gut...
