How long will a string job last in my spare racquet?

I've got two racquets both strung with Wilson Sensation 16. I used to break strings frequently enough that this question didn't bother me. However, since recent times, I am striking the ball more cleanly and haven't broken a string since May. I restring my racquet every 2 months. Will a string job last two months in my spare before I start to hit with it? Thanks for your help

Good q I was wondering the same.
I strung my spare with Sensation 17 and it's just been sitting around home for at least a couple months too.
Don't want to use it in case it should mess up my stroke...

Generally speaking, your second racquet will be playable still, but not for very long--subject to how you've kept it, what string is in it, and so on. You should get a Stringmeter and keep track of the tension loss in both; that way, you will know what you are risking, and what the precise loss means for each racquet.
