I have been playing so much lately that my arm is dead. I'm going to take a break. Anyone now how long roughly it takes to get arm strength back?

I usually give one day rest when my arm is about to fall off.. But im crazy.

You should rest it till your arm feels well.

I'd say enough days to allow you pain-less flexibility exercises, then enough days to allow you pain-less exercises with light weights (3-5 lbs, or surgical tubing).

    Only then get your racket.

And while playing, enough arm/shoulder strengthening exercises, with heavier weights. Check my signature for Elbow and Wrist.
