If Djok doesn't win Roland Garros he probably will be too deflated to win Wimbledon/US.

I've posted plenty since then. You are kind of slow, and I've even explained my return.

Yeah, because Djokovic hasn't won Wimbledon/US after losing RG since...well, 2011.

Really depends if he wins RG; if yes, then he will probably win 2 more this year, if no, then probably only one more. Pretty sure he'll win at least one more though.

QFT. Nadal will do the clay sweep this season and win the channel golden slam. I need to make a prediction thread so I can bump it up later.

I thought the same thing after Roland Garros last year when he got crunched by Federer and his streak was ended. Seemed like the loss meant nothing to him and he went on to win Wimbledon, Montreal, and U.S Open. I don't know but it seems maybe Djokovic isn't really a confidence player. You'd think after losing to Murray and Isner in Dubai and Indian Wells this year that the snowball effect would begin with Djokovic and he'd be mentally shaken but instead he went on to win Miami impressively, smashing Murray in the final.
I'm almost thinking the loss to Nadal in Monte Carlo is now meaningless.:?
Maybe Djokovic is one of the few who's not too bothered by losses.:-?

But that's a given. Joker is done and should retire, his game is in the crapper, and he should do a Borg lest everyone realizes his wins against Rafa were a fluke. Rafa will squeeze every drop of blood he can out of Joker, should Joker make it to a clay final.

oh btw, VolleyKing logs out, TrollZilla2.0 logs in.

I expect Ralph to win the channel slam RG/W.
Djokovic should take the USO again, but who knows, maybe Ralph is going to bend over again.

I don't even think it's safe to expect Djokovic to beat Federer at the US Open, when you look at their last 2 meetings at USO. Surely Djokovic won't be lucky enough to save 2 more matchpoints this year. A Fedal US Open final would be HUGE ratings in America. They've never had a Fedal meeting there.

Djokovic is pretty much safe to play the USO final this year.
It's more of a question whether Ralph will reach the final.
As for Fed, who said he will play djokovic, and if so, he will choke as he did in the previous years.

At the moment, Djokovic is the King of Best of Five. He has won the last three slams.

Nadal, Murray and Federer all got very close in their last respective encounters against Djokovic but all three failed.

I expect him to win at least one more slam this year.

Djokovic doesn't care about Roland Garros. He will lose there either in the Semis or in the Finals to Nadal. Then he will win easily at WImbledon.

So why would he not be deflated for Wimbledon/US, had he won the French?

Every top guy can't be deflated at a slam...they want the win. Mess up at the French Open.....Djokovic can still win Wimbledon or US.

Though I would be shocked if he wins Wimbledon again....unless he draws his Spanish Puppy in the final.

    Why not?
    There are three MAJORS left.
    Djokovic could win:
    0
    1
    2
    3

But 0 was not presented as an option. It should be.
