After Benjamin's quest being documented daily, wondered how many racquets posters own. Sort of long-term demoing.

8. 3 SRD tour 90's, 1 of them cracked. 2 retired pro-kennex tournament tour's (very thin, oversized with stabilizer-bar), three old fischer's (beginning of the nineties). Will buy two i.Radicals soon.

3 PT 280's.

1 Prince More DB800 that I'm afraid to sell because my nephew peeled off the warranty sticker, and I don't think anyone will give me squat for it now.

1 Volkl T10 MP that's the only remnant remaining of my racquets of choice before I move on to the 280's.

1 sort of ugly metal thing of undetermined lineage in the back of the closet.

Also, I guess, technically 2 more, which are E-Force R-ball racquets.

Trying to whittle down my collection after joining this board. 6 yrs ago had 3-Wilson Profile 3.0 Airshell 95s and a Donnay Ghost. Now nearly 100 racquets.

Do you count racquets that you don't even play with anymore and they're not even strung? If so, I've got in order of approximate age oldest to newest:

Pancho gonzales autograph - wood ( my very first racquet, and it never broke!!)
Wilson Prostaff - wood
Wilson Jack Kramer autograph - wood - mint, never strung
Dunlop Maxply fort - wood - also mint, never strung
Head master std
Head master Pro
Head Red head
Head Graphite Edge
Yamaha YFG 50
Head Ti Classic
Head Classic Mid - 2
Volkl quantum 10
Volkl Tour 10 Mid plus
Volkl C10 Pro Extended
Pro Kennex Kinetic
Wilson 3.8 Sledge Hammer
Head LM Radical midplus

So that makes 18.

I keep the Head LM, Head Classic mid, and volkl tour 10 MP in my bag. the mint dunlop and Kramer autograph are going on somewhere on my wall and will never be played with.

About 100, but they are mostly wood. I went through a stage where I was avidly collecting, which I have pretty much stopped.

1 Slazenger ProBraided Henman (just bought it and while lighter than my other sticks by at least 0.5 ounces it truly is excellent for S & V due to hidden pop + balance. Not suited for western grip baseline rallying )

I have racquets that go back to the turn of the century. My most prized possions as far as racquets go is one from Hawaii that was made by an early surfboard maker. It was my Grandmother's. THe other is an 80 year old childs racquet that head size is not much bigger than 3 or 4 tennis balls. Never hit with them since they have the orginal gut strings at least from when they were last used that are broken (rotted) in many places.

Cantaloupe, I have 5 as you can see. 4 of them are in L4. One is in almost perfect condition and has the newer paint, it's been hit with once, 2 more L4's are in ok condition, but as you know the paint really isn't very good. The other L4 that I have is really used, the paint is scraped up around the throat. There are no cracks in any of them. I can take pictures if your really interested. Let me know, ok?

Hi! gofederer, the paintjob of PS China & Taiwan are quite different. I know there are two version of PS produced in Taiwan, I think mine is a early version that because the graphic is 95% same as the Chicago and SV, the main characteristic the "PRO STAFF" on the throat is a capital letter and without "6.0", it is no any indication about the headsize inside the hoop(85sqin / midsize). The other version produced in Taiwan is small letter "pro staff" with Italic style also without "6.0". They also with white butt cap. But I think the main different is not a paintjob, is "shape", my early Taiwan like chicago(I have seen chicago a few months ago, but it's poor condition and the price almost US$200), slim throat(especially over the handle), they not like SV, later Taiwan and Chinese because the above with thick throat.

Any PS Original experts here? Wellcome to correct me if I am wrong, thanks!

Funny - my girlfriend asked me this very question last night. So - bearing in mind that I quite like older style sticks...

Rossignol

3 x F200
2 x F230
1 x F250
1 x R 30
1 x R90
1 x FT 5.80
1 x FT 6.60
1 x 9R Power Blue
1 x Graphite 200 (which is actually a wood)
1 x Strato
1 x Johan Kriek Autograph

Voelkl

1 x C7 pro
1 x V5 Hotspot

Prince

1 x Precision Mono (just 'cause it looks funky and it was cheap)
1 x Precision Response 660

Pro Kennex

1 x Older Silver Ace
1 x Copper Ace
2 x Golden Ace
(planning on buying a Core 1/6)

Yonex

1 x R10
1 x Pro RD 70 Long

Dunlop

1 x Max 200G

Head

1 x TXE
1 x Edgewood (the most beautiful frame I own)

Kneissl

1 x White Star Lendl Pro

So - all up I have 28. I use the F200's, the R 90 and the
FT 5.80, as well as the Golden Aces regularly. The C7 is never far away either, but just not a preferred stick at present.

About 125 different racquets. Too many to list, but among them

A few Dunlop max 200g, max300i, and max 400i.
Many Heads: PC 600, Radical MP and OS, Premier Tour, Graphite Edge etc.
Volkl is also present: C7 Pro, C9 Pro, C10 Pro and Pro Tour, C10 Comp mid, Cat 10.
Not to mention the Rossignols, Adidas Lendl, Le Coq Sportif Noah that I play around with sometimes.
