Wawrinka as we know today only started (right) after he switched to Yonex in 2012/13. The yonex had the same head size as his old racquet of 95 sq inches but with a slightly denser string pattern 16 by 20 versus 16 by 19 of his old Head racquet. How much of a role did the racquet switch help Wawrinka at the time and into the player we know he is today. I do notice that he is hitting flatter now then when he was using his head racquet.
