how many grams of lead tape do you need to put on the 3 and 9 positions of the racket so you will feel a difference?

It depends on the person and on the racket. On my MSpeed's and Aerogel 200's I can feel even 2 grams of lead when placed in the hoop only, but those are pretty head light frames. I would expect that it would take more to feel it in already head heavy frames, but I haven't tried it (don't own ANY head heavy frames :p). Didn't lead up my dnx 10 mids, vacuum pro 90's ...or puma boris becker ... those things don't need lead ! :)

You can feel half a gram, you have to remember that when you add lead to a racquet at 3 & 9 o'clock it is quiet a distance from your hand so there is a leverage effect, its not like adding half a gram in your palm.
