Premise of this story - saddam is an avid tennis player who likes yonex racquets and is discussing his game on the phone with his english coach. His coach wants to know what racquet he uses, what strings he uses and at what tension.

Meanwhile, american secret agents who have tapped his phone overhear only Saddam's reply, they missed the coach's question.

Saddam in broken english: " I have rdx (pause) 500. with TNT (pause) 55 lbs. Very very powerful set up. Blasts everyone away"

And it was relayed back to the States that weapons of mass destruction were believed to be under use in iraq..... the rest is history.
