A few months ago i posted this thread , trying to keep my weight but wanted to trim ABS (ie loose some gut).

Here i am now, after some good gym work , i got my ABS and body to where i wanted them from a looks perspective. Unfortunately i dropped quite a few pounds to make it happen.
My game, especially my serve, lacks sting and i firmly believe it is due to me not having enough pounds on me. Please dont ask me why...i have enough cycles of observations on me to know that i serve better when i carry more weight.
All i need is to gain like 6 pounds or so with out losing my shape (mostly the ABS and Chest) and not looking like a body builder.
is it doable ? Or should i take it easy on exercise and have my natural appetite for Carb food, french fries and Pizzas take care of it?
