So after two days of constant throwing up (hopefully not a 3rd day...and 47 times to be exact) and not eating anything but individual packs of crackers I have lost 10 lbs. I dropped from 152 to 142 (at 6'3" this is disgusting), to make matters worst I have challenge matches next week so I need to regain some weight fast. Any suggestions on what to eat to put this weight back on?

Also you will be dehydrated so drink lots of water at least 500 mL per hour.

Thanks man I'll be sure to do that, are you sure the dairy will sit ok in my stomach? I just hope I don't play too badly, I had a lock on #3 and potential to play #2 or even 1. And my weapons are my serves and my backhand both which require a good deal of muscle to generate my normal power especially on the serve which is normally 110 mph+

If you can handle milk, that is a good source of nutrition. I drink a lot of lactose free milk (2-2.5 litres a day) and it helps feed my physical regimen.

I would focus on just eating a lot of well balanced meals every day. Fish, chicken, veggies, fats, fruits, grains, and plenty of fluids. You want to replace your glycogen stores in your muscle tissue.

Don't over eat as this may end up causing more harm than good. Your first priority is to replenish your energy stores.

Stock up on bananas, oranges, avocados...

lots of crap really. Also drink tons of milk, whole milk will put on the weight. try finding things that dont fill you up but are super high in calories. eggo waffles do the trick. best of luck!

Your loss is only temporary because your body is empty. Make sure you keep hydrated and eat normally when you're better, and you'll be back to your regular weight in a few days.

Dags is right. Two days being sick did not make you loose a lot of fat or muscle, it's mostly dehydration. Drinking a lot of water and eating normally will do the trick.
