This is my weakness. When I am on the run, I cannot get weight into the 2HBH so it will come up short. I do not have this problem for the forehand. Do I need to lean into the shot? Have lighter, faster feet?

gotta run over and establish a wide base with your left, assuming youre right handed, foot outside the ball. thats how come nole is so good, he is so flexy and fast that he can create that base when hes on the the run giving him a powerful shot.

As a general response because there's no video showing your backhand, it's all in the footwork and how you set up for the ball. Biggest mistakes I see is players getting to the ball just in time thus not establishing a solid base with their feet which will create more shot options for you including stepping into it more and transferring weight forward if that's your intention.

Take a look at how you're setting up for the ball. On the forehand it's easier because the player can get a bit lazy yet still get a decent outcome on the shot. Backhand be it single or two handed handed has to be a bit more precise especially with your footwork.

You must try to time it with getting your front foot down right before the shot.

do not stretch out the arms any further out than normal to help reach. To reach, get there with your feet and try to be in good balance and footwork when swinging. swing quality can vary widely depending on the solidity of the base.

Are you talking weight of shot, or weight like balance on your feet?
Seems you hit too low and weak, so drive with your legs and swing thru faster, making more solid contact, and aim 2' above the net.
