hey guys its ya boy tsongafan again. one thing i am still confused about is what kind of grip to have on the serve, i would preferrably want to have a grip that results in more power and pace on the serve. also my hand is hurting and im wondering if its the result of me either gripping the racquet too tight or too loose. what do you guys think? thanks.

    Continental.

Relaxed until you really attack the ball (at the end of the trophy position) when you should really grip it harder.

The more you can delay gripping it hard, the faster the serve.

the universal service grip is the continental. hold the racquet like you're holding a hammer. if ur not getting coaching its gonna be pretty hard to learn tho.
