.. for a marathon? Never run before in my life but started doing so in August. Gradually picked it up and am now running 8 miles without feeling an ounce of tiredness, albeit indoors. Wondering if I can be half-marathon (13.1 miles) ready by April and if so what I should do. I've dropped 44 lbs since I started working out in August and now am 148 lbs (5'8 height). Diet help (what to add) would also be useful.
